12/21/16: Winter Solstice – At 5:44AM, eastern standard time, Winter creeps in under cover of darkness just before dawn. The shortest day is upon us, and the longest night ahead, still to come. During this time of waning light and ever present darkness in the north, My best wishes of Bright Blessings for a happy Winter Solstice everyone! Remember the old ways. Remember and be thankful for all that Mother Earth has given us. May the light illuminate this longest darkest night. As the Yule fires of renewal burn, remember the sun shall return, and we shall begin the cycle of life and the seasons anew.
